PGA Teaching/Playing Professional  Marcus Groombridge of Burgess Hill Golf Centre Wins the 2011 Sussex Professional Golfer Order of Merit for the second year running.

Marcus's dominance in the County Professionals game continues with steady performances throughout the year.

The year started with a 1st place in the Portuguese Pro-Am with 5 rounds totally 7 under Par.

Marcus also won Sussex Alliance Meetings at Bognor, Seaford, Lewes and won the Piltdown Pro-Am.

The Icing on the cake was a win partnering Jason Partridge in the Sussex Matchplay Championship held throughout the 2011 season.

Marcus heads off to Portugal next week for the 2012 Portuguese Pro-Am to defend his title!
